Resources for Private Practice Owners

Running a practice is hard enough. Don’t figure it out alone.

The empty Google Business Profile, the “am I even allowed to say that” moments — I’ve lived those too. This is the resource library I wish someone had handed me when I first started.

I’m Alex Theordor, Private Practice Owner and Copywriter

Before I ever wrote a line of website copy, I was building a private practice of my own. I know the feeling of staring at a blank website, wondering if I was even allowed to call myself a specialist. My copywriting agency grew out of that experience, and it’s why this site exists: to give other practice owners the resources I had to find the hard way.

This site is a free resource library, built practice owner to practice owner. If you’d rather hand off your marketing to someone who nerds out over this stuff, that’s what my copywriting agency is for, and you’re welcome to look into it too.

Don’t take my word for it, hear what customers have to say!

  • “The blog post templates are sooooo helpful! I’ve been trying to blog for a while now but struggled with topic ideas and not being sure how to structure them. The templates made it so easy for me to get started. I started on 1 a couple of days ago, and it’s almost completed. Just need to clean it up a bit and post it. Again, thank you so much for this resource!”

  • “I had the pleasure of working with Alexandria on a website audit, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable, yet remains down-to-earth and approachable. She doesn’t put herself on a pedestal; instead, she works as your equal, understanding the balance of work and home life as a fellow mom. Her advice was clear and actionable, breaking down tasks into manageable short-term and long-term goals. As a visual learner, I especially appreciated the visual feedback she provided, which made the process much easier to grasp. Most importantly, Alexandria didn’t try to upsell me on additional services—she truly understands the importance of marketing within a budget when you’re just starting out. I highly recommend her services and look forward to working with her again in the future.”

You don’t have to build this alone.

I built this practice, then built the resources I wished existed while I was doing it. The free chapter below covers the first steps of getting found online. Start there, then explore whatever part of the journey you’re on right now.
